Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry services for patients in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

How long are appointments?

Initial psychiatric evaluations are typically 60 minutes, and follow-up or medication management appointments are typically 30 minutes.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 fee.

Do you accept insurance?

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

We accept Medicaid, but we do not accept Medicare at this time.

What are your self-pay rates?

Our self-pay rates are $300 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $150 for follow-up appointments.

We accept major credit and debit cards, HSA, and FSA. Payment is due at the time of service.

Can I request medication refills between visits?

Yes. Medication refills can be addressed between appointments, as long as routine follow-up visits are maintained.

Follow-up frequency depends on your diagnosis and treatment plan. Visits are typically every 1–3 months once symptoms are well managed.
